NBR (nitrile rubber) sponge processed products
We offer processing of NBR sponge with short lead times and small lot sizes.
This is an independent bubble rubber sponge made from nitrile rubber. It has relatively excellent oil resistance, abrasion resistance, and tear strength, but its ozone resistance and cold resistance are inferior to other rubbers. With independent bubbles, it has almost no water absorption or breathability, and it can achieve water sealing with a low compression ratio.
